Day two of the B14 Nationals got away this afternoon with a Southerly of 15 knots with gusts to 20-22 knots.
There was some very close racing with some fast spinnaker legs.
The first race (R3) got away at 14:16 and again Snatch Craig Garmston & Paul Fleming took the gun by a minute over Rocket Ship Nick Richardson & Natalia Wisniewska in second with Bone Work Ralph Stanford & Dominik Vogt third a few seconds clear of RSC Side Effects Renee & Rob Cordingley.
The second race (R4) got away at 15:30 and by then the breeze had eased starting at 8-13 knots and easing as the race progreses forcing the race officer to shorten the course at the top mark the third time.
Again Snatch took the gun just 3 seconds clear of The Nude Richie Reynolds & Lissa McMillan with Rocket Ship in third.
Tomorrow 31st is races 4 and 5.
