We had some trainees out on the water in the morning as well as a Power Boat course and Pennant in the afternoon.
The race gat away at 14:05 with a fleet of four Sabres three B14s and a cat.
A beautiful southerly of 15 knots with gusts to 20 saw the boats get away quickly with the B14s sailing around a different top mark, Ross Daly in Early Warning started to round the inner mark and lost out toPhantom at the top mark but was well clear of Bang Bang who fluffed the start.
In the Sabres Grass Hopper was just ahead of Cross Roads and that battle continued all race.
After leading all race Phantom took the gun just over two minutes clear of Early Warning with Bang Bang closing all race to finsth 9 seconds furthur astern.
In the Sabres Grass Hopper took the gun by 23 seconds from Cross Roads withWasabi next.
