The day kicked off with the three Bics and a Pacer and Sabre on the water with some trainees getting more experience.
With the pennants on the line a good fleet of boats faced the starter in a steady SSE breeze of around 10-12 knots with some gusts to 15 knots.
Pennant 11 got away at 13:12 with a fleet of five NS14s three Sabres two B14s and a Cat and it was a good even start with most of the fleet right up on the line.
By the top mark Phantom was clear ahead with Serenity next ahead of Bang Bang and in the Sabres on the inner course it was About Time just clear of Sweet Disposition with Lauren Keil back at the club.
The boats slowly spread as the race continued with Phantom well clear in front three minutes ahead of Bang Bang and Serenity another three minutes back but two minutes ahead of Sundaze.
In the Sabres Sweet Disposition took the lead and had a 58 second lead over Times Up.
On yardstick it was
Div 1 Sweet Disposition Lauren Keil first Times Up Chris Keil second and Loose Change Phil Bloomfield third.
Div 2 Serenity Scott Wilkie and Lucas Foerder first Phantom Steve Miller and Sarah Haywood second and Sundaze Sam & Lindy Bailey third.
Handicap
Div 1 Sweet Disposition first Times Up second and Loose Change third
Div 2 Serenity first Norwegian Blue Stephen Townsend second and Phantom third.
Pennant 12 Got away at 1413 in a slightly building breeze with the same fleet as the earlier race and again it was a pretty even start.
By the top mark Phantom was again clear with Bang Bang second and Serenity again at the head of the NS fleet in the Sabres Sweet Disposition continued on from race one and had a lead over About Time.
With the slightly fresher breeze the boats got around the course a bit quicker and by the end it was Phantom first a minute and a half from Bang Bang with Serenity two minutes clear of Sundaze who was 40 seconds ahead of Viva la Vida.
In the Sabres Sweet Dispositioin took the sweep winning both races from Times Up.
On Yardstick
Div 1 Sweet Disposition first Times Up second and Loose Change third.
Div 2 Phantom first Serenity Second and Bang Bang third.
Handicap
Div 1 Sweet Disposition first Loose Change second and About Time third.
Div 2 Bang Bang Stephen Mitchell and Ross Daley first Serenity second Phantom third.
