Despite the original forecast we had sensational conditions to finish off the regatta with a solid Northerly breeze sunshine and warm conditions of 26'. Some of the fleet decided to stay ashore or head back in, but most sailed the majority of the races.
Race 5 got away at 12:03 with a breeze of 14-16knots and gusts into the low 20s the Sabres with only six boats venturing out Sparkles Richard Bingham was first from Jinx Jason Followes second and TBA Chris Keil in third. In the NS14s four boats attended the start but with both Supersonic Cyril and Sundaze retiring it just left Serenity Scott Wilkie and Saffie Davidson first and Noiseworks Stephen Townsend and Jayden Gadischke in second. In the B14s Rocket Ship was first Steve Miller and Adrian Beswick with The Hitcher Nick Richardson and Liam Tassiker in second after a swim and Jumpin'Jack Flash third also after a swim.
Race 6 got away at 12:42 with the same boats and perhaps a fraction more breeze, again it was Sparkles first Jinx second and TBA in third.
