The final race training session for the season was in the morning and after lunch a delayed start to Pennants 15 & 16 in a lovelly southerly breeze.
A reasonable fleet of five Sabres four NS 14s and a couple of B14s enjoyed some great close racing.
Pennant 15 got away at 14:46 with the Sabres and with a nice breeze of about 10 knots with a bit more in the gusts and relativly short course the boats had a great tussle with Loose Change Wasabi and Apisca having good close racind to the line with Loose Change first by 33 seconds from Wasabi and Apisca just four seconds astern.
In the NS 14s it was also tight racing with Sundaze 32 seconds ahrad of Noiseworks and Viva la Vida 52 second furthur back.
With only two starters in the B14s is was a virtual match race and quite tight with Jumpin' Jack Flash getting the gun from Phantom.

B14 Jumpin' Jack Flash Roger Jackson and Luke Vieceli 1st Phantom Steve Miller and Safi Davidson 2nd Handicap the same.
Pennant 16
The second race got away in the same conditions with no need to change couse at 15:39 with the fleet enjoying an increase in wind speed later to 14 or 15 knots in the gusts in the Sabres who again had great close racing and this time it was Wasabi 1st 17 seconds clear of Loose Change in 2nd and Apisca 30 seconds astern in 3rd.
The NS14s had a close race all the way with Viva la Vida getting the gun by just 7 second fron Sundaze and Noiseworks in third just 4 seconds clear of Avengers.
B14 Phantom had a good start and lead at the top mark to hold off Jumpin' Jack Flash to the finish.
