After a wet start the Car Boot Sale and Fair went off with a bang with a good turn up of participants and lots of new faces at the club over the duration of the event,
The phone books for Midway Point and Sorell have been delivered to the club.
We would like to start deliveries this week and Saturday and finish off next week and Saturday.
A very cool day and breeze greeted the sailors as season 2020-21 kicked off, a good fleet and some lively racing followed and once ashore and refreshed the Trophies for 2019-20 were presented.
Opening Day this Sunday 27th september 2020.
Lunch at 12:00 followed by the sail past and Scott Miller memorial race.
Then Trophy presentation from last season.
The Sabre and B14 National Titles have been cancelled for 2020-21 and we expect the same for the NS14s though not yet confirmed. The Club Calendar has been updated.
The key on the gate will be changed on Saturday 12th September 2020.
For Gate Key holders to continue using the ramp and jetty you will need to obtain a new key by or after that date.
To generate interest in our new season of sail training we are now promoting our training via local schools, shops etc.

Our delayed AGM is set for 2nd August 2020 at 2:00pm
With the probability we can get the season away on time we need to set the new committee in place to arrange the sailing program, training and our extra compliance (Covid) requirements in place before we hopefully open the season at the beginning of October.
