While not quite perfect weather at least the trainees were able to get on the water one last time.
Santa paid a visit after lunch and we had one final sail all be it in a dieing breeze that saw a few boats needing assistance to get back to shore (no wind)
A beautiful day for the second last training session for the season and a nice breeze sun and warm day at last.
A few boats were scratching for crew but a good sail.
Day one was a bit breezy and after a couple of postponements a hand full of boats bventured out. The NS 14s decided on mass to stayn ashore but one Sabre started and three B14's gave it a shot.
The 2019 Pittwater Regatta is this weekend Sat 23rd and Sun 24th November
We have been saving up the good weather for this event so get your entries in and make a great weekend of it.
The club is collecting items for the "Christmas Hamper" which will be displayed at the Sorell Market on December 8th and the Raffle drawn at the club on our final day 15th December.
With much of our fleet away there were still enough boats for a race.
The weather gave us literally a bit of everything including every wind direction on the compass.
