Christmas Break up day & Allsands Trophy

A bit light in the morning for our trainees but they got on the water. Santa came by boat at 12:00 and handed out gifts, some light food and then on to the water for the Allsands Trophy race.

Day 2 and overall Pittwater Regatta

After a rough day yesterday today was a beautiful day and we managed to get four races in before lunch and another three after going back on the water.

Day one Pittwater Regatta

Well we tried, a good fleet of Sabres, a small fleet of NS14s and selection of B14s took to the water for a 13:00 start, the breeze was building and before most boats could finish the race was abandoned. The breeze was gusting to 30 knots and the Start boat had issues holding position as well as all the rescue boats being flat out attending to capsized boats. We now wait for tomorrow with all races due to be sailed with an earlier start of 10:00 am.

Pittwater Regatta 2021

This weekend Saturday December 4th and Sunday Dec 5th is the Pittwater Regatta where we will be running four races back to back each day. We are looking to have a good and competitive fleet of NS14s and with interest from a number of clubs a big fleet of Sabres. The weather is looking very promising so be sure to enter and be part of this exciting event. On Saturday Night we will be having an Italian theme meal. There are great prizes on offer as well.
